Maintenance for older IBM Hardware   We love older zSeries and S/390 systems.  We also love iSeries (aka AS/400), pSeries (aka RS/6000), and 3745/46 machines.  These machine are often paid for and fully capable of performing clients work just as well, or better than, newer hardware.  Often, the only disadvantage to these machines is that IBM raises the price of maintenance so that customers can more easily justify buying new hardware (from IBM of course).

Certified Data Destruction   We offer CDD for all types of hard and soft media.  No need to scrap newer media.  We can perform CDD as a service, or we will buy newer media with guaranteed CDD.

Tech Support & Parts Contracts   Many of the IBM machines manufactured over the past 10 years are quite easy to service.  All you need is good technical support and parts.  We provide this service to several other maintenance companies and to select end-users.  If you have individuals on staff that can service a PC and work with tech support, then you may want to consider our TS&P program.  It's much cheaper than IBM maintenance, and often results in less down-time since we usually stock common parts at the clients site and your technician can usually get us on the phone within five minutes for help.  This program also comes with our onsite guarantee that insures onsite service if your people can't quite handle the problem.  Our onsite assistance is needed in less than 5% of calls.

Hardware Upgrades and Downgrades   Need more performance?  Is your software cost too high?  Often customers don't realize that they can save a boatload of money with simple hardware changes.  It's for sure that IBM isn't going to tell you how.  Call us.  We can often help clients cut cost while also improving performance. 

Leasing   Got capital money, but no operational money?  Got operational money, but no capital money.  We can help with our lease/maintenance packages on older hardware.  Our leases all have MSI maintenance included and we can structure your package to fit your available funds.

Hardware Consulting   We have a program that works, and will even make the bean counters happy.  We will come to your site, at our expense, and do a limited hardware evaluation.  We then make recommendation on what to change to improve cost and performance.  The beauty of this program is that you choose which of our recommendations to implement, and pay according to how much you save.  If you don't implement any of our recommendation, you don't owe us a dime. 

Non-Production Archiving   Have an old non-production platform that you're still running because you occasionally need to look up old data, or because your legal department requires it?  Call us.  We can solve your problems and lower your cost too.
